As a member of the staff team, you will be responsible for helping maintain the integrity and enjoyment of the server, as well as ensuring a positive experience for all players.

Before submitting an application, please carefully read through the following requirements and expectations:

Requirements:

• Active Participation: You must be able to commit a consistent amount of time to the server. Staff members should be regularly online to monitor activities, assist players, and contribute to the community.
• Effective Communication: As part of a team, clear and professional communication is essential. You will need to coordinate with fellow staff members and players alike.
• Server Knowledge: A solid understanding of the server rules is crucial. You should also be familiar with how the server functions, including basic game mechanics and any specific features unique to Zephyria Survival.
• Technical Skills: A fundamental understanding of in-game commands and the ability to navigate server administration tools is required. Bonus points if you have knowledge of coding or server management tools!
• Moderation Experience: Experience in online moderation is a plus. You should be able to handle situations calmly and fairly, addressing issues such as rule-breaking, disputes, and player behavior in a responsible manner.
• Team Player: Our staff works together to ensure the server remains a welcoming place. Being able to collaborate, share ideas, and assist your colleagues is vital.
• Can make a pizza

As a staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring players have a seamless and fun experience while engaging with various mini-games.

• Active Engagement: The Arcade server is always buzzing with activity, and we need staff members who can keep up! Regular playtime on the server is necessary to respond to players, monitor game sessions, and address any issues.
• Clear Communication: Communication is essential in a mini-game environment where things can move quickly. As a staff member, you will be expected to provide clear and timely assistance to both players and other staff members.
• Comprehensive Game Knowledge: Understanding how each mini-game works, its rules, and how to assist players effectively is key to ensuring smooth gameplay. A basic understanding of how to troubleshoot issues within games is important.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with in-game commands and server management tools is necessary. A background in coding or programming is a bonus, but not required, as long as you have a willingness to learn.
• Moderation Skills: You will be expected to moderate the server by handling player disputes, resolving conflicts, and enforcing server rules. Your ability to remain calm and fair in difficult situations will be important.
• Team Collaboration: The Arcade staff works closely together to ensure everything runs smoothly. Being a cooperative team player and assisting your colleagues with tasks is important to maintaining an efficient and friendly atmosphere.
• Positive Attitude & Fun-Loving Spirit: The Arcade server is all about fun! We are looking for staff members who enjoy engaging with players, creating a positive environment, and who share our excitement for mini-games. A great sense of humor and enthusiasm for gaming is essential.
